A Story of Love, Water, and Adventure
It all began on a sun-drenched day in Grand Cayman during our honeymoon. Keith and I had booked a private boat tour with Crazy Crab Cayman, not fully realizing just how transformative the experience would be. The day was nothing short of magical—snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, swimming with stingrays, and witnessing the glow of the bioluminescent bay. Keith captured the day with stunning drone footage, while I poured my excitement into words for a magazine article. That day on the water left a mark on our hearts.
I’ve always been drawn to the ocean, but something about that experience hooked me even more. The freedom, the beauty, and the connection with nature—it stayed with me. Keith, with his Navy background and years of maritime expertise, felt the pull too. It was as if the water was calling us back.
Fast forward a few years, we found ourselves selling our home in Arizona, searching for a new adventure. For a time, we dreamed of moving to Bocas del Toro in Panama—a tropical haven we’d envisioned as the perfect place to build a new life. But the stars didn’t align for that overseas leap. Instead, we turned our sights to Florida, a place brimming with sunshine, turquoise waters, and endless possibilities.
Keith was ready to return to the water, and I was eager to share the joy of our Grand Cayman experience with others. Florida’s Gulf Coast felt like the perfect canvas for our dream—a place where we could create unforgettable moments for others, just like the ones that had inspired us.
